The UIndy Counseling Center is offering two free 4-week workshops on the practice of mindfulness. All students, staff, and faculty are welcome to sign up.

This mindfulness workshop series will help you gain knowledge and skills about the personal practice of mindfulness, a skill that involves here-and-now awareness and has been found to be effective in enhancing one’s well-being.
Want to learn more? The Mindfulness 102 series is open to students, staff, and faculty who have already attended a mindfulness workshop with the Counseling Center (e.g., Mindful Mondays, Mindfulness 101). This workshop will focus on more advanced skills for those who have already begun their mindfulness practice.
