Mass Incarceration and Ethics panel discussion: Nov. 28

You are invited to join us for an upcoming UIndy Center for Ethics LP event on an important and timely topic. From 7:00 to 8:30 on the evening of Tuesday November 28th, we will have a panel discussion on the Netflix documentary “13th,” Mass Incarceration, and Ethics. The panelists will be Pastor Charles Neal, who runs a successful re-entry program out of Brookside Community Church, Kevin Whiteacre from Criminal Justice, and Peter Murphy from Philosophy and Religion. The moderator will be Alida Liberman from Philosophy and Religion. We will watch a few clips from “13th” and discuss various ethical issues regarding mass incarceration. The event will take place in Schwitzer 010.
