Announcement for benefit-eligible employees

The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) requires that the University of Indianapolis provide you with the most recent Summary Annual Report outlining the financial information filed with the Department of Labor for the following Plans:

Employee Benefit Plan (i.e., medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) plans)
403(b) Defined Contribution Retirement Plan
Emeriti Retiree Health Plan

These reports are for informational purposes only and can be viewed by going to:
