“From Conduct to Culture: Treatment of People in the Workplace” Presented by Paul Sinclair Nov. 6 and 7

Dear UIndy Colleagues,

Please mark your calendars for one of the following dates:

  • Wednesday, November 6, 2019 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m.

The #metoo movement has caused not only Hollywood, but every employer to rethink its anti-harassment policy, training, and (more importantly) culture. In this session, we will discuss the underlying lessons of the #metoo movement, why those lessons matter, the impact on culture, and workplace solutions for cultural and conduct issues pertaining to harassment. We will use real-world scenarios (including scenarios specific to higher education) to help understand both principle and application.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend.

Sponsored by the Division of Academic Affairs, Office of the Provost
