The Office of Grants & Sponsored Programs, in partnership with the Faculty Academy, announces the 2020 Grants School at UIndy. Introduced in 2014, Grants School equips faculty participants with crucial grants research, proposal development, and writing skills necessary to secure external funding for research and scholarly works. Selected participants will craft a fully-developed grant proposal for a proposed project throughout the duration of this hybrid course.
All full-time faculty who have completed at least one (1) year of service with the university are eligible to apply. Approximately eight (8) faculty will be selected for the course to be held between May 16 and August 15. Group sessions are expected to occur across May and June. One-on-one sessions will occur in July and August. Participants who fulfill at course requirements will receive a $1,000 cash stipend following successful course completion.
In light of the ever-changing landscape associated with COVID-19, the application deadline for 2020 Grants School at UIndy has been extended. Applications are now due to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2020.
